Wonderweb Media have been developing an online directory for the seaside town of Whitby in North Yorkshire. After speaking to local businesses in the area, we established there was a need for a local directory to help businesses advertise their services online. We set about designing a website that offers a range of advertising soltuions for the advertisers and a unique user experience for the website visitor.

The Whitby Guide is currently been populated with content and we are working hard at search engine optimisation to ensure we get found in all the major UK search engines.

We are now working with local Whitby businesses to ensure we have a website that meets the demands of the advertiser and the tourist. We hope to officialy launch “The Whitby Guide” in 2 months.

The project will focus its advertising on categories such as Whitby Accommodation, Whitby Bed and Breakast, Whitby Hotels and Whitby Guest Houses. Allowing the website uder to comment and rate their stay in Whitby.
